Hire Costs
Here’s the breakdown of what we charge and what you get.
Hire Packages
Standard Machine (No Customisation)
- Half-Day (up to 3 hours): £350
- Full-Day (up to 6 hours): £650
Branded Machine (Custom Graphics)
- Half-Day (up to 3 hours): £500
- Full-Day (up to 6 hours): £800
We’ll add your logo or message to the machine’s screen or exterior panels to match your event theme.
Payment Terms
- 20% deposit required to confirm booking
- No deposit = no booking
- Full payment due 48 hours before your event
- Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
What’s Included
- High-quality boxing machine – tested and ready
- Custom scoreboard with branding option
- Delivery, setup, and collection handled by our team
- Staff support during the event
- Power supply required (we can provide a generator at extra cost)
- Note: Delivery, setup, and staff costs are not included in hire package prices
NOT Included
- Transport: £50 flat-rate (includes delivery & collection within 10 miles of Batley)
- On-Site Staff: £15/hour (to ensure safety and smooth operation)
- Custom Graphics: Optional branding available – event name, logo or colours
